User Data Deletion

You may request deletion of personal data held by Vydio. How to request deletion Use the support/contact channel associated with your Vydio account and request “Vydio data deletion.” Include enough information to identify your Vydio account, but never send passwords or third-party access secrets. What happens next After identity and authorization are verified, Vydio will delete or anonymize eligible user data and connected-platform authorization data, subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or legitimate audit requirements. Connected platforms You may also revoke Vydio directly from the settings of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another connected provider. Revoking provider access stops future authorized access but does not by itself constitute a request to delete data already held by Vydio. Confirmation A deletion request will be tracked through the account support process and confirmation will be provided when the eligible deletion process is completed.
