Vydio is a SmartTech content creation and publishing platform. This policy explains how Vydio handles information when you use the service or connect supported third-party platforms. Information we process We may process account identifiers, profile and channel information, content you create or upload, publishing instructions, integration status, platform-provided analytics, and technical/audit information needed to operate and secure the service. Connected platforms When you connect a third-party service such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, or another supported platform, authorization is performed through that provider’s OAuth or approved authorization flow. Vydio does not ask for or store your social-network password. Access tokens and related authorization data are used only to provide the features you authorize. How information is used Information is used to authenticate users, create and manage content, publish or schedule approved content, retrieve permitted analytics, provide recommendations, maintain security and audit records, and operate the service. Vydio does not invent unavailable platform metrics. Sharing and retention Information is shared with connected providers only as required to perform actions you request or authorize. Data is retained only as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, legal obligations, and account administration. Your choices You may disconnect integrations and request deletion of Vydio-held user data. Removing an integration may also require revoking Vydio access in the connected provider.
